Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct training and support in Assessment as per the given structure & curriculum. Supports selection process/need analysis. One-on-one
* Conduct Sessions on the topics
* Support in content creation
* Support in choosing Shots to be used during module delivery
* Support in maintaining Assessment form
* Support in Conducting Assessments
* Maintain sheets regarding the efficiency rating of Trainees/ Interns/Production Training
* Support in Providing Technical Test
* Guiding & Mentoring Trainees (like buddy system)
* Managing Guest Lecture sessions ensuring participation
* Supporting in Extracurricular Activities & participations
* One-on-One for Individual Production Employees ( ~36 Employees Per month)
* R&D (Exploring Industrial Technical Updates)
* Manage the Production ( Individual Department)
Minimum work experience as Mid Level Artist.
