- proficient in English and strong communication skills
- comfortable with online tools; they will be trained on ProdPro, HubSpot and IMDB, but they need to be adept and comfortable in using online tools
- reasonably proficient at Google Sheets and/or Excel to manage data sets, do data extracts, exports and imports
- reasonably sharp in researching info online, making decisions and judgment calls
