Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Supporting onboarding & exit formalities
2. Maintaining documentation & filing for both onboarding and exits
3. Scheduling meetings for interviews/appraisals and various other talent management-related activities
4. Working on scheduling interviews & screening/sourcing for talent acquisition
5. Supporting database management
6. Managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, etc.)
7. Creating and updating records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data8. Organizing employee engagement events at the office
