Key Roles -
-Manage floor status on a daily basis.
-Organize dailies, rounds and meetings, taking notes and following up on information as necessary.
-Maintain an accurate summary of progress of work by artists.
-Ensure production database is kept updated daily with notes and critical information before departing for the day.
-Record all shot notes on floor reviews and documents them.
-Ensure teams are clear on daily delivery objectives and follow up on the floor on delays.
-In charge for department calendar for scheduling meetings, booking the same.
-Ensure timecards are approved daily.
